FOR RUMBLRS

Come Rumbl with us.

The wisdom you’ve earned should be valued and put to work.

We think that experience matters more than ever.

The bargain many experienced technology and transformation professionals once made with large companies has changed. Compensation, prestige and scale once came with the promise of stability, agency and opportunity. At the same time, people with years of hard-won experience are being laid off, filtered through impersonal hiring processes, or wondering how their value fits into an industry racing toward AI.

Rumbl is being built around a different idea: that experience, judgment and human ingenuity are assets to build on, not costs to eliminate. We want smart, experienced people solving consequential problems together, experimenting again, challenging assumptions, building things they are proud of, making a meaningful impact, and helping ensure the race toward AI does not come at the expense of human judgment, agency and ingenuity.

And we are early. That is part of the opportunity. We are looking for people who want to help shape not only the transformations we take on, but the company, community and way of working we build around them.

WHY NOW

The old bargain has changed.

For years, the largest technology companies could compete for exceptional people with compensation, resources, scale and the promise of opportunity. For many professionals, the tradeoff was worth it. Give a company a significant share of your time, energy and professional identity, and gain the opportunity to work on consequential problems with some of the best people in the industry.

That bargain looks very different today. More than 131,000 technology workers have been laid off in 2026 alone, across more than 300 companies tracked by Layoffs.fyi. At the same time, only 35% of U.S. workers surveyed by PwC believe AI will increase their job security over the next three years.

The uncertainty is not limited to employees. Companies are racing to adopt AI while still figuring out where it creates durable business value. In PwC’s 2026 CEO survey, 56% of CEOs said their companies had realized neither increased revenue nor lower costs from AI in the prior year.

This isn’t the time to discount experience. It’s the time to harness it differently.

Some of the industry’s most experienced people now feel like passengers in their own careers. Those still inside large companies are wondering whether their role will survive the next reorganization or layoff. Those outside are applying to hundreds of jobs through increasingly automated hiring systems, hearing little or nothing back, and beginning to wonder whether a career they spent years building still has a place for them.

That is not just a talent problem. It is a loss of agency, and an enormous amount of capability sitting on the sidelines at a moment when companies are trying to navigate some of the most consequential changes in decades.

We have an opportunity to build a different model.

Rumbl is being built to give experienced people somewhere to put that judgment, creativity and ambition back to work: solving consequential problems, alongside people they respect, with the freedom to challenge, experiment, build and make an impact.

And as AI changes what work looks like, we want to be more intentional about the role people play in that future. Not because technology should be held back, but because progress should not require us to discard the judgment, experience and human agency that make better outcomes possible in the first place. Human agency should be designed into transformation from the beginning, not something we try to recover after it is gone.

This is just the beginning. Come start a Rumbl with us.

MORE THAN A RESUME

A resume only tells part of the story.

A resume can tell us where you have been, the roles you have held and what you were responsible for. It can show experience and accomplishments. But it rarely captures the things that make someone exceptional.

Rumbl wants to understand your capabilities, the outcomes you have helped produce, and your superpowers: the instincts, judgment, perspective and intangible strengths that are uniquely human and often make the difference when the problem is complex, the path is unclear, or the stakes are high.

Maybe you see patterns before others do. You make complicated things understandable. You know how to get people moving when an organization is stuck. You build trust quickly, ask the question no one else will ask, or know from experience when something that looks fine on paper is about to go sideways.

Those things matter. And as AI becomes more capable, we believe understanding and valuing what humans uniquely bring matters even more.

A Rumblr profile should tell that story alongside the outcomes you have produced, the challenges you want to take on, and the conditions where you do your best.

Because the best evidence of your value is not just where you have been. It is what you have made possible, and what you uniquely bring to making it happen.

BUILD SOMETHING THAT’S YOURS

What you build here should become part of your career profile.

In a traditional role, much of what you create becomes part of the company’s story. You can spend years solving hard problems, building new capabilities and producing meaningful outcomes, then leave with a title, a company name and a few resume bullets trying to explain what you actually did.

Rumbl wants to build a different relationship with the people who create the value.

We are not interested in simply connecting you to one customer and then the next. We want Rumblrs to have real skin in the game: to help shape the approach, contribute what they know, learn through delivery, and build a record of the outcomes they helped create.

Part of that is what we call recipes. When a particular combination of people, capabilities, methods and conditions produces a strong result, we want to understand why. Who brought what. What made the combination work. What changed along the way. What we would repeat and what we would do differently.

Those recipes strengthen Rumbl and make us better for the next customer. But they should also strengthen the story of the people who helped create them.

Over time, your career profile should show much more than where you worked. It should tell the story of the business outcomes you delivered and the value you created.

The outcome creates value for the customer, what we learn strengthens Rumbl, and the impact you helped create becomes part of your career profile.

Your impact should travel with you.

time to approve a pricing change

Margin recovery at a global industrials manufacturer, still holding four quarters after the engagement closed.

My contribution. Rebuilt decision rights between pricing, finance and the regions, then stayed through two quarterly cycles to see whether it held.

workstreams carried the whole outcome

A stalled platform migration restarted against a defined business result rather than a completion date.

My contribution. Found that seven workstreams were funded and two mattered, and made the case to the board to stop the rest.

HUMAN AGENCY BY DESIGN

Technology should expand human capability, not erase it by default.

The AI race has pushed a lot of organizations toward the same question: what can we automate?

Rumbl wants to ask a better set of questions. What should be automated? Where does technology meaningfully improve speed, quality or access? Where does human judgment still matter? What knowledge, context or capability could be lost if efficiency becomes the only measure of progress?

And there is another question worth asking: where do we want people to remain part of the experience simply because being human together matters?

People want to create with other people. We learn by bringing different perspectives, experiences and ideas into the same room. We challenge each other. We make mistakes, follow imperfect paths, change our minds and discover things we would not have found through optimization alone. The flaws, wrong turns and smudges are not always waste in the system. Sometimes they are part of how invention happens.

Human agency by design means making those choices intentionally. It means designing people into the future we are creating, not only where technology falls short, but where judgment, creativity, empathy, community and human connection make the experience and the outcome better.

We should not have to justify every human interaction by proving a machine could not do it. Sometimes we design for people because people want to learn together, build together, solve problems together and be part of something together. That is a good enough reason.

This principle applies to the transformations we help customers design and to the kind of company and community we are building ourselves.

The goal is not to resist technology or protect every role from change. It is to make sure that in our pursuit of what technology can do, we do not lose sight of what we want human life and work to be.

THE RUMBLR COMMUNITY

Come find your people.

Join a community of builders who bring experience, expertise and curiosity to the hard questions of transformation. This is a place to share ideas, ask questions, challenge assumptions, hold one another accountable, and keep pushing on how we can produce better outcomes for customers. Rumblrs can compare patterns, pressure-test the methodology, help each other think through difficult problems, and contribute to new ways of approaching what we see in the field.

We want to create the kind of psychological safety that makes real innovation possible. Mistakes and wrong turns should become material for learning. Different perspectives should make the thinking stronger. Experience should be shared, challenged and extended so that one person’s hard-won lesson can become someone else’s starting point.

Being part of the Rumblr community does not depend on being staffed on a customer engagement. Members can contribute to working groups, share patterns and ideas, help solve difficult problems, learn from one another, shape the methodology and platform, and stay connected to people who still want to build.

This is where human agency by design becomes something you can experience, not just something we believe.

THE CAPABILITIES WE BRING TOGETHER

Different outcomes need different combinations of expertise.

Complex transformation draws on many kinds of experience. A Rumblr may bring deep expertise in one discipline, work across several, or have built a career connecting areas that organizations often manage separately.

We want to understand where you bring real depth and judgment, the kinds of problems you are particularly good at solving, and how your capabilities can combine with those of other Rumblrs to produce an outcome. No one needs to check every box. In fact, some of the most valuable people are the ones who know how to connect them.

Rumbl brings together experience across areas such as:

  • Transformation + Leadership

    • Engagement leadership
    • Transformation strategy
    • Operating model & organization
    • Leadership alignment
    • Program & execution leadership
  • People + Culture

    • Change & ways of working
    • Culture & organizational effectiveness
    • Workforce transformation
    • Fluency & capability building
  • Technology + Data

    • Enterprise architecture
    • Data & AI architecture
    • Security architecture
    • Platform & engineering
    • Operations & reliability
  • Business + Governance

    • Product leadership
    • Value & FinOps
    • Governance, risk & controls
    • Industry & functional expertise

You do not need to fit neatly into one category. Some of the most valuable experience lives between them.
