Terms of Service
Effective date: October 2, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the websites and services operated by Rumbl LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("Rumbl," "we," "us"). This includes werumbl.com, the weRumbl platform at app.werumbl.com, and any related services we provide (together, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you're entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization.
1. What we provide
Rumbl provides enterprise transformation consulting, organizational readiness assessment, practitioner matching, and access to the weRumbl platform. The specific services available to you depend on your agreement with us, your subscription, or your participation in an engagement.
The Services are under active development. Features may change, and we may add, modify, or discontinue functionality.
2. Accounts
You may need an account to use parts of the Services. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You're responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe presents a risk to the Services or to other users.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you aren't authorized to access
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services, or circumvent security or rate limits
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Services except where that restriction is prohibited by law
- Use automated means to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Services without our written permission
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the Services to third parties except as expressly permitted
- Upload content that infringes the rights of others, or that contains malicious code
4. Your data
Ownership. You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to the Services, including assessment responses, organizational information, and materials you upload ("Customer Data").
Our license. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data solely to provide the Services to you, to maintain and improve the Services, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.
Assessment confidentiality. Where an assessment collects responses from multiple participants within your organization, individual responses from peer respondents are reported only as aggregated patterns and areas of divergence. They are not attributed to named individuals in any output we provide. This restriction is enforced in the platform's data access controls, not only as a matter of policy.
Aggregated insights. We may create and use aggregated and de-identified information derived from use of the Services, including benchmarks and research. Aggregated information does not identify you, your organization, or any individual, and we may use it without restriction.
5. Practitioners
Practitioners engaged through the Services ("Rumblrs") are independent professionals, not employees of Rumbl. Where we match you with a practitioner, the terms of that engagement are governed by the applicable engagement agreement. Rumbl does not guarantee the outcome of any engagement.
Practitioners are subject to separate terms covering credentialing, conduct, confidentiality, and payment.
6. Fees
Where fees apply, they will be set out in your order form, subscription terms, or statement of work. Unless stated otherwise, fees are quoted in U.S. dollars, are due as invoiced, and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly provided in your agreement.
We may change pricing for future terms. Changes don't affect fees already paid for a current term.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, including all software, content, methodologies, frameworks, assessment instruments, documentation, and design, are owned by Rumbl or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any of it to you.
Rumbl™ and weRumbl™ are trademarks of Rumbl LLC. You may not use our names, marks, or branding without our written permission, except to accurately describe your use of the Services.
Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.
8. Confidentiality
Each party may receive confidential information from the other. The receiving party will use that information only to perform under these Terms, will protect it with at least reasonable care, and will not disclose it except to those who need it and are bound by similar obligations. This doesn't apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or lawfully received from a third party, or where disclosure is required by law.
9. Third-party services
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party products and websites. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, practices, or availability. Your use of them is governed by their terms.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Assessment findings, recommendations, benchmarks, and other outputs are provided for your consideration and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. You're responsible for decisions you make based on them.
We don't warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility.
Our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars.
These limitations don't apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rumbl and its members, officers, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Services in violation of these Terms or applicable law, or from Customer Data you submit.
13. Term and termination
These Terms apply while you use the Services. Either party may terminate a subscription or engagement as set out in the applicable agreement. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you materially breach these Terms.
On termination, your right to access the Services ends. We'll make Customer Data available for export for a reasonable period as described in our Privacy Policy, after which we may delete it.
Sections covering your data, intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll post the updated Terms with a new effective date and, where we have your contact information and the change materially affects your rights, we'll notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington.
Before filing a claim, each party agrees to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the other and allowing thirty days to reach a resolution.
16. General
These Terms, together with any order form, subscription terms, or statement of work, are the entire agreement between us regarding the Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
