Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Rumbl LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("Rumbl," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use werumbl.com, the weRumbl platform at app.werumbl.com, or our related services (together, the "Services").

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Account information. Name, email address, organization, role, and credentials when you create an account or are invited to one.
  • Assessment responses. Answers you provide to readiness assessment questions, including narrative responses, along with the role under which you responded.
  • Practitioner profiles. For practitioners, professional background, credentials, experience, areas of focus, availability, and payment details where applicable.
  • Engagement content. Documents, notes, and materials you upload or create in the platform.
  • Communications. Messages you send us, including by email or through forms on the site.

Information we collect automatically

  • Usage data. Pages and features accessed, actions taken, timestamps, and referring pages.
  • Device and connection data. IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. See Section 6.

We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data such as health information, and we ask that you not submit it through the Services.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Services
  • Create and administer accounts and authenticate users
  • Deliver assessment findings, reports, and recommendations
  • Match organizations with practitioners
  • Communicate with you about your account, engagements, and service updates
  • Provide support and respond to inquiries
  • Monitor for security, abuse, and fraud, and enforce our Terms
  • Improve the Services, including developing new features and refining our methodology
  • Create aggregated and de-identified insights and benchmarks
  • Meet legal and regulatory obligations

3. Assessment confidentiality

Readiness assessments collect responses from multiple people in an organization, which creates a specific obligation we take seriously.

Where an assessment collects responses from peer executives or participants, those responses are reported only as aggregated patterns and areas of divergence. They are not attributed to named individuals in any report, dashboard, or export we provide, including to the engagement sponsor. This restriction is enforced in the platform's data access controls, not only as a matter of policy.

We will tell you before an assessment begins how responses from your role will be used and reported.

4. How we share information

We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share information in these circumstances:

Within your organization. Account and engagement information is visible to others in your organization's workspace according to their role, subject to the assessment confidentiality limits in Section 3.

With practitioners. Where you're matched with a practitioner, we share the information needed for that engagement.

With service providers. We use third parties to operate the Services, including hosting, database, authentication, email delivery, and analytics providers. They may process information on our behalf and are bound by obligations consistent with this Policy. Our current infrastructure providers include Vercel for hosting and Neon for database services.

For legal reasons. We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or property, or to investigate fraud or a security incident.

In a business transaction. If Rumbl is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We'll notify you if your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

With your direction. We'll share information when you ask us to or otherwise authorize it.

5. How long we keep information

We keep information as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Account and engagement data is retained for the duration of your relationship with us. After termination, we make data available for export for a reasonable period, then delete or de-identify it on a schedule that reflects our legal and operational needs. Aggregated and de-identified information may be retained indefinitely.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, maintain session state, and understand how the Services are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect functionality, including the ability to stay signed in.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and role-based permissions in the platform. No system is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security. Tell us promptly at hello@werumbl.com if you believe your account or data has been compromised.

8. Your choices and rights

You can:

  • Access and correct. Review and update your account information in the platform, or ask us for help.
  • Export. Request a copy of data associated with your account.
  • Delete. Ask us to delete your account and associated personal information, subject to information we must retain for legal or legitimate business reasons.
  • Opt out of marketing. Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in those messages. We'll still send messages necessary to operate your account.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Washington My Health My Data Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act, or the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation, including rights to know, delete, correct, and limit certain uses, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. To make a request, email hello@werumbl.com. We'll verify your identity before responding and will respond within the time required by applicable law.

If you're in the European Economic Area or the UK, our legal bases for processing are performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Services, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required.

9. International transfers

We operate in the United States, and information is processed and stored there. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we use appropriate transfer safeguards.

10. Children

The Services are intended for business use by adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. If we make material changes, we'll post the updated Policy with a new effective date and, where we have your contact information and the change materially affects your rights, we'll notify you.
